Carmyn transforms website daydreams into reality. She implements our big-picture strategy and builds functional, personable websites. Carmyn has been Vi’s right hand human for 6 years. When she’s not casting digital marketing spells, Carmyn is building queer community. Currently, she’s curating a collection of autographs from trans and nonbinary people.

With her hospitality management experience, Roxy creates balance and clarity between online and offline customer image. She triple-checks details, and ensures all of our clients are cared for. Roxy is also an amazing fashion photographer, and helps unify visual brand identity for our clients.

Daniel’s superpower is turning a whole bunch of data into comprehensible metrics. He helps Luis compile high-caliber online marketing reports, and triple check the data we’re looking at is accurate and meaningful. 

A swanky new site is insignificant if it’s a disaster under-the-hood. Brett is a master of cracking open sites we onboard and fixing all the minor issues inside. After all, online marketing isn’t a set-it-and-forget it game. In addition to optimizing the backbone of our sites, he helps implement quality analytics and integrations so all your online services talk to each other. Outside of the office, Brett is a master trumpeter. He teaches nationwide and runs a trumpet studio in Loveland, CO.

Allie handles the details of making web success happen so the team can operate in their zone of genius. She eliminates operational-clutter so we can stay on track to reach our goals.
